How your plan works.
Monthly quantity. Where confirmed, the minimum is supplier MOQ divided by three, rounded up to a whole dispatch pack. A bulk order must cover the confirmed supplier minimum. Unknown minimums are reviewed before a payable quote.
One upfront payment. Auto Ship covers three monthly shipments, with product and delivery costs included in the quote and tax shown before payment. The first shipment date is confirmed with allocation; the next two follow monthly. No automatic renewal.
Supplier-direct delivery. New plans ship from the supplier to your approved location, with no Kiosk-X warehouse inventory. Monthly releases require a confirmed supplier-held stock arrangement. We confirm delivery minimums, handling charges and the shipment schedule before payment.
Availability and substitutions. A brochure or workbook listing does not reserve stock. We confirm procurement, product fit and availability before payment. Substitutions require your approval.
Changes and cancellation. Cancel an unpaid request from My plans. For a paid plan, request cancellation of remaining shipments there or contact support@kiosk-x.ai. We confirm any refund for unshipped goods based on the order status and agreed terms. Cancellation requests do not claim an automatic refund.
