Privacy policy

We collect the business, contact, account, and quote details you submit to operate your account and review wholesale requests. Resale documents are stored in private AWS storage. The first-fill planner sends a ZIP to Zippopotam.us or a street and ZIP to the U.S. Census Geocoder when you request a location check. Sales CSV data is processed only in your browser tab. Adding a fill stores its location and lane summary in browser session storage; submitting a quote sends that summary to our staff with the request.

Your details support account verification, pricing, order coordination, and security. Account information is not published in the catalog.

You may choose not to upload documents, but verification may require them. Contact your assigned account representative to request correction or deletion. We collect aggregate daily counts of machine-page visits, cart actions, quote submissions and checkout errors to improve the shopping experience. These counters contain no account, order, contact or session identifiers, use no tracking cookies, and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. They are not used for advertising.

Saved products and order lists are stored in your browser. Secure cookies keep your account signed in. We use the country inferred from your IP address by our delivery network to show regional availability. If you choose a receiving country, an essential cookie remembers it for 90 days; select “Use my IP location” to clear that choice. Clearing browser data removes your locally saved lists.
